About Kimberley...
*Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
|
As a doctor of physical therapy and founder of Inspire Physical Therapy, Kimberley Wilson has established herself as an expert in the fields of pelvic health, specializing in pregnancy and postpartum concerns.
She helps women of all ages who are dealing with pelvic pain or postpartum conditions get in shape, stay healthy, and get moving without relying on pain medication or surgeries. Kimberley understands that not all pain is the same and that the most successful outcomes result from a treatment approach that integrates components of physical and psychological health, as well as consideration for social circumstances that directly impact our ability to fully recover from pain and injury. Kimberley has worked with many women who are dealing with pregnancy related pain, chronic pelvic pain, and post natal conditions. Her approach is based on the belief that traditional physical therapy models of treatment are just not enough for the most complex pain patients. Inspired to live pain-free and to help as many people as she can to do the same, Kimberley determined she had to learn better, more effective techniques that would allow her clients to get back to doing the things that matter most and living life to its fullest. That's why she started Inspire Physical Therapy—to inspire women to become and stay strong and to make sure that everyone could have the opportunity to live and move without pain. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom or a busy professional, Kimberley can help you become stronger, move better, and live life with less pain. You can eliminate the hassle of traveling to and from therapy appointments by allowing Kimberley to come directly to you, and she will develop a plan of care to meet your specific needs. |
